Information & Advice Community Caseworker

You will be part of a dedicated Information & Advice team, working closely with colleagues, community organisations and partner agencies to ensure people receive the right information and support at the right time.

You will deliver face-to-face information, advice and casework support within community settings across Plymouth, working with individuals to understand their needs, maximise their income, access appropriate support and improve their wellbeing and quality of life.
