Linking People Together

Our Linking People Together Project is here to help people aged 65 years and over feel more connected, confident and involved in their community. If you’re feeling lonely, isolated, or finding it difficult to get out and about after a significant change in your life, we’re here to support you.

We offer short‑term, personalised support to help you build confidence, try new activities, and reconnect with others. We can help you find local groups and social opportunities that match your interests. A friendly Age UK Solihull volunteer can support you face‑to‑face or by phone, helping you take small steps towards the things you enjoy.
