How do I make a compliment, comment, suggestion or complaint?
You can do this face to face, by telephone by letter or card, via email to a member of staff or a volunteer, or, you can use the official form that is attached to our Policy (see below).
Meeting service user needs and achieving positive outcomes is a key priority for Age UK Sunderland. We have process for monitoring and reviewing feedback to support future decisions and service developments.
