Tai Chi

Join us for this gentle form of exercise which is found to improve health and wellbeing and is a discipline that involves the mind, breath and movement to create a calm, natural balance of energy.
It helps to loosen and strengthens joints and muscles, rejuvenates body, mind and spirit, improves concentration and intuitive abilities as well as helping with blood pressure problems and improving balance.
We currently have availability at the classes below - please contact us before joining your first session.

Exciting update!
Starting Tuesday 7 October 2025, we’re introducing a brand-new Seated Tai Chi class at Waltham Forest Resource Hub North, running from 12:00 – 12:45pm (free to attend, donation welcome).
To make room for this new class, from Tuesday 7 October 2025 our Tuesday Tai Chi sessions will take place at:
- 10:00 – 10:50am
- 11:00 – 11:55am
The class fee remains £6 per session.
