About The Role

Join our team at Age UK West Sussex, Brighton and Hove and play a vital role as an IT Systems & Data Insight Assistant. You'll be instrumental in supporting our IT Systems and Data Insight Officer in collecting, processing, and analysing data to drive our organisation's strategic and operational initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include aiding in report production, maintaining our Customer Relationship Management system, and providing essential first-line IT support to ensure smooth operations across our IT systems. What you’ll do:

  • Data Management: Utilise your expertise in database systems, including Microsoft Excel, to efficiently collect, process, and analyse data crucial for our strategic and operational initiatives.
  • CRM: Assist in the maintenance and development of our Customer Relationship Management system, helping us to better understand and serve our community.
  • First-Line IT Support Superstar: Tackle IT support issues with finesse, ensuring our systems run smoothly and our team stays productive.
  • Support: Support our IT Systems and Data Insight Officer in keeping our digital infrastructure in top shape.
  • Data: Take charge of maintaining and updating our information systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Communication: Keep our team informed of changes to data systems and support them in effectively inputting client and project data onto our CRM.
  • Innovate and Collaborate: Work alongside our team to design and implement new methodologies for data collection, manipulation, and presentation, driving innovation across the organization.
  • Insightful Analysis: Assist in analysing reports generated from our database systems, providing valuable insights for business development and partnership endeavours.
