We work in a number of ways to promote the benefits of a healthy diet for older people. Our lunch/breakfast activities are a great way to bring older people together to enjoy tasty food, take part in an activity and make new friends.
These activities promote the benefits of eating healthy food, encourages participants to try new foods and take part in the activities after they have enjoyed their meal. Our gents breakfast club is also very popular and encourages our menfolk to get involved too.
