- Tai Chi - gentle and peaceful - live and online
- New Age Kurling - indoor kurling without the ice!
- Gentle seated exercise - sit down and get fit to music
- Circuits - move around to music to exercise different parts of your body
- Bike Library - borrow a FREE bike from our library
- Walking group - guided walks
