Since March we have been delivering essential food and lunches for those who are socially shielding and vulnerable.

During this period we have delivered more than 1,500 meals to the local community

Check-in and Chat

We have also partnered with our national partner Age Cymru to provide a check-in and chat line for those who are lonely and in need of a local service, we do not signpost to other services, unless we are unable to provide the service ourselves.

If you know of anyone who needs somebody to talk to, or needs a helping hand please do get in touch with us.
