Our Veterans Dementia Hub takes place every week in partnership with Bay Veterans Association, providing a friendly and welcoming space for veterans to connect, share experiences, and access support.

Whether you're looking for practical advice, social interaction, or guidance on available services, our group offers a supportive environment where you can feel understood and valued.

Join us each week to meet others, build connections, and access the support you need.

What to Expect

- Information, advice and resources to help with a range of issues and concerns.
- Companionship and peer support through a friendly and inclusive social group.
- Professional guidance and practical support, including signposting and referrals to relevant services.
- Monthly guest speakers providing information, insights, and advice on topics that matter to veterans.
