A personal service that helps older people in Milton Keynes get to grips with their desktop PC, laptop, tablet, mobile phone or other smart devices.

Although currently we can’t visit people at home, we will do our best to help by phone and/or remote connection.  By sorting out mobile phone, laptops and other technology problems we can help keep people connected with family, friends and the outside world.  Please call us or send an email

Sign up for a free online webinar on how you can stay connected with family and friends using technology during a time of social isolation - and to learn skills for when it is no longer necessary.  Tuesday 7th April, 1 - 2pm

Real people, but anonymised for the internet

  • 86 year old retired teacher Mrs K originally acquired her computer to write short stories, but after a series of mini strokes she lost her confidence and felt there were things she needed to re-learn.

Mrs K says our Technology Help Service was perfect for her because Phil was “so patient, didn’t overwhelm her with copious notes and helped her at her own pace.".

  • Mr L's son explained that his father doesn’t seem to take in information from him and "gets flustered."  A couple of hours of tuition from our Technology Help Service enabled Mr L to start using his mobile phone for sending texts.  We also taught him the basics of using an iPad so that he could FaceTime his four grandchildren.  This has made a huge difference to Mr L.
