Our managers organise "themed weeks" which are always fun

Our Wellbeing Centres improve older people's quality of life and wellbeing.

Enjoy your day

Your day with us will include tea, coffee and refreshments and a freshly prepared two-course lunch, as well as a variety of events and activities.

Wheelchair accessible transport may also be available.

Our managers and their teams organise a range of activities during the day including exercise, crafts, reminiscence groups, games, bingo and quizzes.

Throughout the year we also provide various events and talks, and visits from local performers and entertainers.

Trained, caring staff

Our trained staff offer you a warm welcome, a listening ear and care appropriate to your needs.  Age UK Northamptonshire strives to promote the independence, health and wellbeing of all of our clients.

The day centres offer activities to help people to remain fit and active for longer, continuing to be a valued member of their community and making the most of their lives.  The centres are a safe and enjoyable way for older people who to meet new firneds and take part in activities that suit them.  We provide a purposely calm environment for people who may have complex needs, including physical, sensory and memory impairment.

Above all, we work to make later life better.

Wheelchair accessible

Our day centres provide a safe, caring environment from 10.00am until 3.00pm on Wednesdays.  Where possible we provide a wheelchair accessible minibus to collect you from your home and return you back safely.
