The Mount Gould Wellbeing Hub, based at Age UK Plymouth's William and Patricia Venton Centre, is part of Plymouth's wider network of Wellbeing Hubs. It is designed to make it easier for local people to access support, advice, activities and community services in one place.
The Hub has four key aims:
• To improve health and wellbeing outcomes for local people
• To reduce inequalities in health and wellbeing
• To improve people's experience of care and support
• To strengthen the sustainability of local health and wellbeing services
What the Wellbeing Hub offers
The Wellbeing Hub brings together a range of services, support and activities including:
• Health advocacy and social prescribing support
• Information and advice on social care, welfare benefits, housing and consumer issues through Age UK Plymouth's Information and Advice team
• A dedicated befriending and phone friend service for those experiencing loneliness
• Access to local volunteering opportunities
• Signposting to health services, community groups and activities across Plymouth
• Activities, workshops and social events such as coffee mornings and lunch clubs
• Support for managing long-term health conditions and carers delivered in partnership with Improving Lives Plymouth

The Wellbeing Hub works in collaboration with a number of local organisations, including:
Timebank South West, Wolseley Trust, Livewell South West, Improving Lives Plymouth and Plymouth City Council.
Getting here
Our Wellbeing Hub is based at the William and Patricia Venton Centre. We have a car park on site for visitors.
