Goodbye James

James welcomes Andreea
James Monger, our Associate Director and member of the Senior management team for the past 13 years, decided to retire a couple of years earlier than expected, having decided to move home to a idyllic spot in Shropshire. Here James is seen expressing his great pleasure to Andreea Albu, in her appointment to the Chief Executive role from September.

Trustees message to James
At James retirement party, John Garlick and David Pomfrett, 2 of our Trustees thanked James for all of his hard work over the years, and wished him a long and happy retirement. James said he intends to do all the things he hasn't had time to do, including lots of gardening, and his intention is to learn another language and start playing the piano again.

James and one of our volunteers
James has always had a great relationship with staff, volunteers and clients alike. He has built many relationships with colleagues in statutory organisations who we work with on a regular basis as well as other voluntary organisations, schools, churches and social clubs. He will be greatly missed by us all and we extend him best wishes for the future.

James and staff members
We showered James with a number of gifts to remember us by and we reminisced about how far we have come under James watchful eye. He has helped all of us to develop our individual services to the best of our ability and we will all miss him, but are delighted that he has his future all mapped out. Good Luck James!
