Age UK Redbridge, Barking & Havering is a local independent charity with 30 staff members. We help over 1500 local older people every year, offering activities, events, befriending and information. It's a great place to work if you really want to make a difference in people's lives.

We are looking for Home Support Staff to help support people in their own homes with dometic tasks and shopping. We need staff who can work across the three boroughs of Redbridge, Barking & Dagnham and Havering. Car drivers preferred but not essential. We are currently seekin a Team Leader for our Care Navigation service to work across Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham and Havering establishing links with key professionals in the three boroughs to establish referral pathways.  You will be leading our Care Navigation team providing support to people with multiple long-term conditions, end of life patients and vulnerable isolated older people to achieve the best possible quality of life and independence by enabling them to have maximum support at home, encourage taking up activities, volunteering or increasing social interaction, enabling choices and access to services in the community.

  Our local charity, Age UK Redbridge, Barking and Havering supports older people who live in these three boroughs to stay independent, healthy and socially connected!  We also provide practical and emotional help for those who are lonely, frail, or experiencing illness.

  We are looking for a special person to become a trustee of the charity.  This role combines responsibility with fun, and you will be part of a great team of trustees, staff and volunteers.
