Staying Healthy This Winter - Age UK Online Session, 20th November

Age UK London and NHS London invite you to an online question & answer session with a practising London GP on Thursday 20th Nov from 11am to 1pm.
This event will take place on ZOOM and aims to give older Londoners an informed choice about their health and how to stay healthy over the winter months.
We will discuss all aspects of health including diet, exercise, mental health, staying warm as well as which winter vaccines are available and who is eligible.
