We understand how important it is for carers of people living with dementia to have a break for themselves, safe in the knowledge that their loved one is being cared for.

If you need some assistance in appointing someone to manage your affairs, we can help you decide if you need a lasting power of attorney and provide this service for you.

Our day centres across Telford & Wrekin offer friendship, activities and comfort.
Help us rebuild
In November 2025 we celebrated 75 years of supporting local older people, and we launched a fundraising appeal with an ambitious goal of raising £75,000.
Now, as a result of cuts to our funding, we need your help more than ever, so that we can continue to support local older people who struggle with feelings of loneliness and isolation. That's why we’re asking residents, businesses, and community groups to act today, to donate, fundraise, and help us rebuild.
