Volunteer of the Year 2025

Volunteer of the Year 2025

Age UK Sunderland is delighted to announce that the winner of Volunteer of the Year 2025 is Jean Brigham.

Jean has been a dedicated and compassionate force within our Day Clubs (Matinee mingle & Scrabble) and our Keeping in Touch Service, always going above and beyond to support older people across Sunderland.

From lending a listening ear to making sure no one feels alone, Jean embodies the spirit of Age UK Sunderland and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything she does.
