Age UK Surrey feels that all volunteers should be familiar with the charity’s policies and procedures where they are relevant to the work being undertaken.
Once you have been assigned a volunteer role, please fill in the form, sign (to say that you have read and understood the policies) save the form and return it to volunteer@ageuksurrey.org.uk
You could also download the form, fill it in, print it out and post it back to: Age UK Surrey, Rex House, William Road, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 4QZ. Paper copies can be provided if needed
