HR & Governance Executive Assistant

Salary:  £25,500

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Hybrid working (3 days minimum office based/location flexible)

About The Role

Do you pride yourself on being people orientated, highly organised and a team player? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you with our newly created HR & Governance Executive Assistant role. We are looking for a skilled administrator to join us to support the People team as well as providing comprehensive governance support to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and our Trustees. This is a unique role and needs someone who enjoys being busy, proactive, part of a team and making a real, positive difference as well as having fun! 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process of new staff (and volunteers)
  • Providing excellent administrative support both for the HR, Governance and Volunteering teams.
  • Collaborating and working effectively with colleagues, managers and Trustees.
  • Supporting the wider efforts of the People and Governance Teams to deliver the best services possible to all our customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • An experienced Administrator ideally having worked in an HR Team
  • Someone who approaches each day with a 'can-do', positive attitude.
  • Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft 365 and different databases
  • A confident, resilient, highly organised person.
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a hardworking, flexible and fun team.
  • Occasional evening work may be required to attend board meetings.
