Age UK Bradford District is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Programme Lead – Healthy Activities to lead the delivery of our growing health, wellbeing and physical activity programmes for older people across Bradford District.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in local communities. You'll lead our new Communities in Motion programme, helping older people aged 65+ become more active, improve their wellbeing and reduce social isolation.
Working across our Community Hubs, local venues and partner organisations, you will develop and coordinate activities, lead events, build partnerships, and support staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality, inclusive services that improve lives.
