Age UK Bradford District is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Programme Lead – Social Connections to lead our work supporting older people who are experiencing loneliness, social isolation, or a lack of social support.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our new Enabling Connections Programme, helping older people build confidence, develop meaningful relationships, and reconnect with their interests and communities.

Working alongside staff, volunteers, health professionals, and community partners, you will play a key role in creating opportunities for older people to feel connected, valued, and supported.
