We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to volunteer and help out within the local community.

Volunteer in an Age Cymru Gwynedd a Môn Shop and help raise vital funds to support our much-needed services for older people.

What do shop volunteers do?

There are many ways you can support your local Age UK Shop, whether it's behind the scenes or on the shop floor. The volunteer roles include:

  • serving customers
  • managing shop admin
  • sorting stock
  • creating window displays.

Why our shop volunteers are so important

We have 4 shops across Gwynedd and Anglesey raising vital funds to support our work with older people. Our donors recycle unwanted goods, including clothing, accessories, toys and bric-a-brac. It's fair to say that our shops couldn't open without the astonishing commitment from our volunteers!

What will I get out of it?

  • Age Cymru Gwynedd a Môn Shops are fun places - where new friends are made all the time
  • You'll learn new skills and build confidence
  • You'll get to support a great cause in the heart of your community
  • It's a wonderful opportunity to be part of a fantastic team
  • Agreed expenses
