Join us for an event dedicated to addressing health inequalities in Hammersmith & Fulham, with a strong focus on amplifying the voices of our Black community members.

Who this event is for:

If you are of Caribbean or African descent, we want to hear your stories, experiences, and ideas. This event is your platform to engage directly with NHS and council representatives, sharing your insights and perspectives

We also encourage you to invite friends, family, and neighbours who may have valuable experiences to share.

What to expect:

  • Face-to-face conversations with NHS and council representatives
  • A safe space to discuss how structural racism and poverty affect health and care services
  • Collaborative brainstorming to co-produce solutions that benefit our community
  • Complimentary lunch and refreshments
  • Participants will receive voucher rewards as a token of our appreciation
