Storrington Dementia Club Activity Assistant
The role includes supporting members who have a diagnosis of dementia, to enjoy a wide variety of activities and offer some personal care if required. You will also help to provide a hot two course lunch for members.
We offer ongoing training opportunities as well as regular team meetings, which may occur on a different day to your normal hours.
We want to hear from you if you have knowledge and experience of the needs of older people, strong inter-personal skills and are willing to make a difference locally.
Hours: Fridays 9.0 am to 4.0 pm
Salary: £13,195 pro-rata for the hours worked

Home Helps, Handypersons and Gardeners needed
We would like to talk to you if you are interested in becoming part of our team of self-employed workers to help with the delivery of the Help at Home, Gardening or Handyperson services across the district.
We act as the contact point for customers and workers and allocate tasks according to the type of job, locality and customer requirements.
You would be responsible for carrying out the work and collecting your payment.
