Held every 2nd Tuesday of the month, from 10.00-12.00pm at The Peartree centre, a social and mutual support group for all adult unpaid carers.

Come along and speak to our friendly Carers Support team, we can help you access support and information about your caring role. Or just come along for a break and to make new friends.

Carers Wellbeing and Connections Cafe

We invite all unpaid carers to join us and Mind BLMK for a Carers Wellbeing and Connections cafe.

Giving you the opportunity to focus on your wellbeing and discover how you can look after yourself.

Held on the 4th Thursday of every month from 1.00pm-3.00pm at The Peartree Centre, 1 Chadds Lane, MK6 3EB
