Our Relief Care service gives people who are looking after a person aged 55 or over, a break from caring. We will sit with the person you provide care for, so that you can have some respite, with the reassurance that they are being looked after.

Service to suit your needs

After we have carried out an initial assessment visit, we arrange the service to suit your needs.
Sessions can be daytime, evenings or weekends.
Regular weekly sitting or one off, ad-hoc arrangement.
Once a week or more often.
We can sit with the person you care for, or take them out for a walk or a visit.
We can sit and chat to the carer as well, if they need a bit of support or want to find out about other sources of help.
We aim to give carers a break, whether they live with the person they look after or not.
