Age UK Plymouth offers a Day Centre for people aged 50 and over. It is a friendly and relaxed place to spend time, meet others and enjoy a change of routine during the day.
Our Day Centre offers flexible support for those who would like to attend regularly, or just from time to time. Guests can join us for a full day or a shorter three hour session, depending on what suits them best.
Our Day Centre is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 - 15:00.
• Full day session: £44
• Three hour session: £30
We aim to keep our services as accessible as possible. Local Authority funded places may be available following an assessment. We also accept Direct Payments.
If you are unsure about funding, our team is happy to talk you through the options.
About our Day Centre
Each day includes a mix of social time and activities, with the option to join in as much or as little as you like. Some people come to keep active and try new things, while others simply enjoy having a place to sit, chat and spend time with others.
Our team takes a personal approach, getting to know each guest and offering support in a way that feels natural and respectful, while encouraging independence.
