Whether it's for yourself or someone you know who would benefit, our friendly volunteers are here to help you feel more confident using digital devices.
Free digital skills support for over 50s
We offer free one hour sessions for people aged 50 and over, supporting you to get to grips with smartphones, computers and tablets in a relaxed environment.
Free training sessions
With support from our Digital Champion volunteers, you can explore which device might suit you best, learn how to stay safe online and build confidence with every day digital tasks such as:
• Creating documents using Microsoft Office
• Setting up and using email
• Using basic phone functions (calls, messages, contacts, alarms, music and more)
• Connecting to WiFi and browsing the internet
• Installing and using apps on your phone, tablet or computer
• Understanding social media and how to use it safely

Our training sessions take place at the William and Patricia Venton Centre. We have a car park available on site for visitors.
