The well-being service is to help and support people at greatest risk from coronavirus in the borough. This includes assistance with food, medication deliveries and signposting to support they might need to keep them safe and secure in their home or place of residence.

The purpose of this service is to help slow the spread of the disease and reduce infection among those most at risk by supporting people to self-isolate.  This will help save lives and reduce the need for people to turn to the NHS for help. It also helps to ‘shield’ those with serious conditions.
