Covid-19 survey

The Health Influencing Team at Age UK are reaching out to older people to understand how the national lockdown and restrictions put in place over winter have impacted on their health and their access to health and care services. We have a live survey which we are asking older people, their friends, and their families to complete. We will be using the information that people share to continue highlighting to Government and NHS England the challenges which older people are facing and the support which they need.
