We will always try to resolve any issues that are bothering you. We want you to find your volunteering experience an enjoyable one. If you are not happy with your current volunteering role we will endeavour to find you an alternative volunteering role.
If you have a complaint or do not think you are being treated fairly please raise this informally with your Age UK Waltham Forest contact or put this in writing using the guidance our Complaints Procedure.
