Our centre is open to everyone from Monday to Wednesday 10am to 2pm and on Fridays from 10am to 2pm. Our community clubs run every day of the week.

What's on for older people in Crawley?
Come along to our warm and friendly social club just opposite Crawley Hospital and have fun with friends, keep active and enjoy delicious freshly-cooked lunches, snacks and cake!
Fitness and exercise for older adults
We have a varied programme of activities including Chair Based Exercise, Tai Chi, and Belly Dancing. If you are a senior who wants to be a bit more get up and go then why not try out one of our active sessions?

Our classes take place at the Crawley Centre in Town Barn Road and out at our Community Clubs. All classes are run by qualified Instructors and we ensure that cthey are safe, fun and at the individual’s own pace. We also run a variety of groups including arts and crafts, watercolour sessions, chitter chatter, sing-a-long, gardening, and film club. Download our activities timetable.
A real feature of the Crawley centre is the lovely home cooked food. Whether you are meeting for lunch or a cup of tea and a chat, we offer a delicious range of snacks and a selection of freshly prepared home-cooked meals available daily. Our menu has something to suit all tastes and budgets. There's sure to be something to tickle your taste buds. We also cater for food allergies and intolerances.
Garden and Events
As well as our lunch clubs we also have a lovely garden to relax in and enjoy and organise BBQ events during the summer months.

Minibus collection is available via Community Transport for anyone unable to reach our Crawley Centre independently. To arrange a return journey, please contact Crawley Community Transport on 01293 544985.
Can you lend a helping hand at the Crawley Centre? We rely on volunteers to help with the day-to-day running of the centre. There are many opportunities to volunteer - as a receptionist, kitchen assistant, fundraiser or in a number of other roles which help us run our activities.
