Age UK West Sussex will hold a drop in surgery every Wednesday at Broadfield library from 10am - 4pm:

As from 29th February 2016 Age UK West Sussex will hold an Outreach surgery two Mondays a month at Newtons Surgery from 10 am - 2 pm.
This service is to help with your enquiries and our trained advisors can assist you with your applications for disability benefits, blue badge forms, housing issues, debt and budgeting or any other queries you may have.

Mid Sussex and Crawley outreach
We have an information and advice outreach worker in Mid Sussex who offers home visits to disabled and vulnerable people. To book an appointment or for further information call 0800 019 1310.
We can provide a limited Home Visiting service for clients who are house bound through disability or vulnerability who cannot get to an outreach appointment. Please contact us for an appointment on 0800 019 1310 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Our information and advice team answer over 6000 telephone enquiries a year from older people, their relatives and carers on a range of issues including welfare benefits, community care, health and housing matters.

Community Legal Service (CLS) Quality Mark
The Advice Services Alliance has taken over ownership of the quality mark from the Legal Services Commission. It is now called the Advice Quality Standard. This is a recognised standard which sets out the quality of advice and service that members of the public should receive when seeking Information and Advice. Member organisations are audited every 3 years.
Age UK West Sussex's information and advice service has been awarded the AQS Quality Mark and the Age UK Advice Quality Standard until 2017.
