We offer a free, confidential and impartial information and advice service for people over 50, their families and carers. Our advisers provide up-to-date information and advice on a range of topics:

Our information & advice officers are available weekdays, 9am - 2pm.
We offer free, confidential advice through our information and advice service. If you need to know about social care, housing, scams or legal issues call us free between 9am - 2pm every weekday.
We offer lots of services that will keep you or your loved ones independent for longer.
Our social clubs are a great place to have fun and build friendships. With theme nights, keep fit classes for seniors, hobby groups and even a gym, there's something for everyone.
