Who We Are
Trustees & Senior Management Team
See who's in the team that helps us manage our organisation and provide our services to older people, their families and carers.
Our Goals & Purpose
Our vision
By tackling issues like poverty, preventable ill health and loneliness, we want to ‘change how we age’.
Our Mission
To be the ‘go-to’ for expert guidance and support, helping people as they age, their family friends and carers.
Our services will help people remain:
Informed
Our information and advice services will help people, including carers to know their rights and make informed choices.
Connected
Our community and building based social clubs, events and activities will provide opportunities for people to get out, have fun, socialise and build friendships.
Healthy
Our wide range of health and wellbeing activities including fitness classes, relaxation, hobby groups, as well as spa treatments will enable people to keep active and healthy.
Independent
Our home based services will support people to stay independent for longer within their own home, including preventing a hospital admission and after a period of ill health.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
We ensure that every trustee, employee, job applicant, volunteer, client or enquirer receives equal opportunity in every aspect of their relationship with the organisation, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marital status, race, caste, religion, disability, ethnic origin or beliefs.
We are an inclusive LGBTQ+ organisation, however, if you think there is anything we can improve on, please let us know - email us at info@ageukwsbh.org.uk
