All our staff are here to help you and have the right to work in a safe and secure environment. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE attitude towards violence, threatening behaviour or verbal abuse. This includes in person, over the telephone or in written communication. We will withdraw our service to anyone who acts in such a manner.

Supporting us has never been easier - You can raise FREE donations every time you shop online. Book holidays/travel, buy services (e.g. broadband, energy, phone supliers), groceries, clothes, furniture, electricals, DIY, thousands of Retailers make a donation to us when you shop via the APP.
