World AIDS Day event

The Story and Durham University, supported by DCC Public Health, will be co hosting an event for World AIDS Day on 1 December.
Dr Rupert Whitaker, co-founder of the Terrence Higgins Trust, will be a guest speaker. They are hoping this will be the launch of a project to collect memories and ephemera on how HIV and AIDS affected the people of County Durham.
They also hope they can raise awareness about testing, U=U, and break down stigmas. Tickets are free but booking is essential .
