Chapter 50 Future You is our new and exciting programme of events funded by The Big Lottery and managed by Age UK County Durham.
Chapter 50 Future You is a series of projects that focus solely on the needs and aspirations of people aged 50 – 69 living in County Durham. The aim to offer a programme of services and activities that will improve the quality of later life, particularly for those most likely disadvantaged due to health inequalities
