With thanks and appreciation

Tony Armstrong is the longest serving trustee on our Board of Trustees and has recently decided to retire from his role with us.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude for his years of dedication and service. Tony’s guidance and unwavering support over the past 23 years has been vital to Age UK County Durham and the community we serve.

Tony has always been a strong advocate and champion of our work and has been vital in supporting us to promote and enhance the wellbeing of older people throughout County Durham and to ensure we carry out our mission ‘Enabling people to have happy, healthier, longer lives.’   

He will be greatly missed at our meetings. We wish Tony all the very best.
