Event: Well-being and response to the cost of living crisis information event (including talks, wellbeing activities and lunch)
Age Cymru Gwynedd a Môn is collaborating the HOPE Project (Age Cymru) in order to hold a wellbeing and cost of living crisis information event at Canolfan Glanhwfa Llangefni LL77 7EN.
The day will run between 10.30am and 2pm on Thursday 9th March 2023 and will be an opportunity to socialise and to receive information from various agencies. There will be a talk on self-care and wellbeing and also a taster session from Mon Actif. A complimentary lunch is to be provided to all who attend.
