Stay active this winter by incorporating walking into your routine. It's a fantastic form of excercise, and we often hear about the numerous health benefits of taking 10,000 steps each day. So, why not take on a challenge to stay fir while also raising funds to support Age UK Isle of Wight?

What you'll need to do:

1. Decide where you’re going to walk, when you’ll be doing it, and the distance you’ll be covering.

2. Ask for sponsorship
from friends and family. Tell everyone what you’re doing and why.

3. Wrap Up & Walk!

4. Feel good
knowing the money you’ve raised will help make a life-changing difference to older people in your area.

Health and Safety:

We want you to really enjoy fundraising for Age UK Isle of Wight, so always take time to ensure your fundraising is safe.
If you have a long-term health condition or injury, consult your GP or a medical expert before
proceeding with your training and walk.
Although Age UK Isle of Wight is not ultimately responsible for your fundraising and can’t accept any liability,
please do get in touch if you have any questions and we’ll be glad to help.
