RBKC has been supporting Age UK Kensington & Chelsea for many years by funding many of the services we provide aiming to prevent and fight isolation and improving the general wellbeing of the older residents in the borough.

The funding is crucial to be able to provide those services that enable people to carry on living independently and for                                                                            as long as possible in the own homes.

Services funded by RBKC are: Dementia 1-to-1 and group activities such as Memory Café, Escorting, Befriending, Escorted Shopping Trips, Simple DIY Service, Chair Based Exercise, Walking Support, Lunch Clubs, Intergenerational Work, Health Talk Promotions and Information & Advice.
