Exercise for the Mind
Our Exercise for the Mind project is a twelve week group exercise course for people with dementia and memory loss. These sessions are held on a weekly basis and make up a structured programme designed to improve mobility, whilst also providing the opportunity to socialise and enjoy yourself. For more information about Exercise for the Mind, contact Teresa on 020 8969 9105 or email tpope@aukc.org.uk.
We are currently able to provide transport to both of these groups for those who need it.
