Volunteer helping a lady off of a minibus

How do the group shopping trips work?

If you cannot use public transport due to disability or frailty, you may be able to join our group shopping trips. Trips are run every Wednesday and Thursday and a minibus will pick you up from your home and take you to a local supermarket.

We are currently at full capacity and new referrals will be placed in a waiting list.

Who can go on the trips?

The service is open to people who are:

  • Over the age of 55
  • Residents of Kensington & Chelsea
  • Unable to use public transport and find it difficult to carry heavy shopping bags

How much does it cost?

The charge for each round trip is £2 as a contribution for the transport.

Who do I contact?
