We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR & Training Administrator to join the team.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Department to ensure it operates efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about Human Resources, engaging staff and wants to contribute to the success of the Charity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinating employee training and development programs.
  • Handling employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Assisting with system updates/data entry.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives are implemented effectively.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience working in a Human Resources role - strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., access, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - ability to present information effectively to individuals or groups.
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate or other e-Learning software is a plus - familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.

  • 2 years previous experience of HR & Training Administration
  • Previous HR generalist experience
