Evans Mediation and Paralegal Services Ltd is working in partnership with Age UK Milton Keynes to provide the drafting and preparation of Lasting Power of Attorney documents, the preparation and submission of Applications for their registration, and the drafting of Wills.
Lasting Powers of Attorney - Property and financial affairs; Health and welfare.
The fee for this service is £165.00 (plus VAT) per application. 40% of this fee will be made as a donation to Age UK Milton Keynes.
There is also a registration fee of £92 per application, payable direct to the Office of the Public Guardian. Where a client is in receipt of certain benefits or on a low income (i.e. below £12,000 pa) this fee may be reduced or exempted altogether.
Many Lasting Powers of Attorney require visits to the applicant’s home to take the necessary instructions and for documents to be signed.
We also do Court of Protection and Probate applications.
Will Writing Service
The fee for this service is £99 for a single Will and £169 for mirror Wills. 15% of this fee will be made as a donation to Age UK Milton Keynes
