Arrangements during coronavirus pandemic

We continue to take covid precautions for the safety of our customers and drivers. If for any reason our customers have any special instructions (if they are elderly, for example) if they let us know at time of purchase, we can ask our drivers to take an item of furniture inside a property and they will wear PPE.

We can deliver your larger purchases to the doorstep of your home in Milton Keynes. 

Whether it is one item or more, we make the same charge per delivery of £10.  Please arrange a convenient time for us to deliver.  At the moment we are able to deliver 10am to 3.30pm, usually within the week.  We do not make a profit on delivery charges.

Collecting your larger purchases from us

If you plan to collect large items of furniture that you have bought in the Kiln Farm furniture store, please arrive at the store by 4pm.  This will enable us to ensure we have enough staff to help you lift heavy items.

Payments and returns policy

All our furniture stores and shops in Milton Keynes accept payment by cash, debit card or credit card, including contactless.  We regret we are unable to accept cheques.  

Refunds and returns at our Kiln Farm furniture store

We would like you to be completely happy with your purchases, but if for any reason you need to return items:

Electrical items - all electrical items carry a three months warranty unless otherwise specified.  If any electrical item breaks down within the time of the warranty due to a fault not caused by accidental damage or misuse, the item will be exchanged or a credit note for the full value issued.

Furniture - if an item of furniture has a fault not caused by accidental damage or misuse, the item will be exchanged or a credit note for the full value will be issued.
Please note that in all instances any delivery charge that has been paid is not refundable.

Other returns

If you wish to return an item for any other reason (eg the item does not fit into your home or you have changed your mind) we will issue you with a credit note at the manager's discretion, but reserve the right to charge a 10% commission.
