Vision Loss Training

Age related macular degeneration is the most common form of sight loss among older people.  This results in central vision loss, which makes daily living activities such as reading, watching TV and recognising faces difficult. Skills for seeing training may help individuals to use their residual vision to retain their independence.

The Macular Society is able to offer for free training to staff and volunteers in organisations who are working with people with central vision loss in Northern Ireland.
