Today, Age UK Sunderland, in partnership with Miss Menopause, was delighted to deliver an informative and engaging menopause awareness session for a group of Sikh ladies from our local community.

The session provided a safe and supportive space to discuss menopause, share experiences, and learn more about the physical and emotional changes that can occur during this stage of life. By the end of the session, everyone left feeling more informed, confident, and equipped with practical knowledge about this important topic.

A huge thank you to Miss Menopause for helping us raise awareness and break down the stigma surrounding menopause. Together, we can ensure women have access to the support and information they need to thrive.
