The Information & Advice Service is for anyone aged 50+ living in the city of Sunderland. It serves to assist people to improve their financial situation and quality of life through income maximisation i.e. understanding paperwork and benefit entitlement. The Information and advice team concentrates on the following areas of Information and Advice:

• Provide Welfare Benefits Advice and assist with the completion of benefit application forms.
• Assist with the completion of DWP benefit claim forms.
